Buy now pay later with payments deferred for up to 12 months. Spread the cost with buy-now-pay-late financing, available online or in store. This financing option allows you to spread out the cost of your purchase over 48 month with a deferral period of 6-12 months. Your agreement will start after delivery of your goods. Your 12 month deferral period begins at this point and interest starts accruing on the balance owing. If the loan amount is voluntarily paid in full before the deferral period ends, interest will be waived but an early settlement fee up to £29 will apply.

Once you’ve been accepted for AO Finance, you could be offered this option when you go through to checkout, if NewDay think it’d be a good payment plan for you. You can buy a product right away and then pay nothing for 6-12 months depending on the option you choose. You’ll then need to pay the product cost and any interest charges that accrue if you don’t pay it off immediately.

The Maintenance Loan covers daily living expenses such as rent, bills, food, and books. It’s not like the fees loan and it is paid directly to your student account once a term. You can spend it on whatever you want – which is why it’s important to be creative about it.

Privacy & Terms

The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third installments are collected 30 days and 60 days respectively after the first. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app. It’s one of the plans that are available under AO Finance.

We’d recommend choosing another type or payment or placing an order for a smaller amount. If you are not satisfied with Novuna’s response to your complaint relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact Novuna within six months from the date Novuna sent you its last response letter. Simply let our sales representative know when you call, visit the store, or apply online by adding the product to your basket.
